These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of gvmenterprises.com and all websites, job platforms, market-intelligence products, and software applications operated by GVM Enterprises, LLC ("GVM," "we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Intended Use
The Services are intended for use by working professionals, healthcare organizations, and others with a professional interest in healthcare workforce information. You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Services
The Services aggregate publicly posted job listings and related business information from publicly accessible sources, normalize that information, and present it alongside GVM's own market analytics and editorial content. The Services may also include contact forms, job alerts, waitlists, employer offerings, and other features we introduce from time to time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Job Listings Disclaimer
Job listings displayed in the Services are aggregated from public sources and are provided as-is, for informational purposes only. GVM does not create the underlying listings, does not verify them, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or current status of any listing, including posted compensation. A listing's appearance in the Services does not mean the position remains open or that its terms are current.
GVM is not an employer, employment agency, or recruiter with respect to aggregated listings, and is not a party to any application, interview, offer, employment relationship, or contract between users and any employer. Any dealings between you and an employer or other third party found through the Services are solely between you and that party. You are responsible for independently verifying any listing and any prospective employer before acting on information found in the Services.
4. Intellectual Property; Limited License
The Services — including GVM's compilation and arrangement of listings, its normalized datasets, market analytics, statistics, reports, text, design, and software — are the property of GVM and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Underlying facts in individual public job postings remain attributable to their original sources; GVM claims its rights in the selection, coordination, normalization, enrichment, and presentation of that information.
Subject to these Terms, GVM grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal professional purposes. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, frame, republish, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from GVM's compiled dataset, analytics, or other content, whether manually or by automated means, without GVM's prior written permission. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Access the Services by automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract, harvest, or republish content without GVM's prior written permission;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or access controls of the Services;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers and networks that host them;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Submit false, misleading, or infringing content through any form or feature of the Services;
- Use information obtained from the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications, or to harass, harm, or defraud any person or business;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software comprising the Services, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

The Services contain links to third-party websites, including links to the original public sources of aggregated listings. These third parties are independent of GVM. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to those parties' own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GVM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IN THE SERVICES IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. NOTHING IN THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR CAREER ADVICE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GVM AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GVM'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GVM FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE, GVM'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GVM and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be the state or federal courts located in or serving Victoria County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. GVM's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GVM regarding the Services.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, discontinue use of the Services.
