Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how GVM Enterprises, LLC ("GVM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with gvmenterprises.com and all websites, job platforms, market-intelligence products, and software applications that GVM operates (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us

When you interact with the Services directly, we receive the information you choose to submit. This includes contact forms, waitlist and job-alert signups, employer or advertiser inquiries, and email correspondence. Typically this is limited to a name, an email address, professional details you volunteer (such as a job title or organization), and the content of your message or request.

b. Information Collected Automatically

Our websites collect limited technical data needed to operate and secure the Services, including standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics such as page views and referrers. We use this data to understand site usage, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles of visitors.

c. Publicly Available Information

A core function of the Services is the aggregation of publicly posted job listings and related business information from publicly accessible sources across the web. As part of this function, we collect, normalize, index, and republish information that the posting parties have already made public, including facility and employer names, job titles and descriptions, work locations, publicly posted compensation figures, and publicly listed business contact details. We combine this information with our own analytics to produce market intelligence for healthcare professionals and employers.

This information is business and professional in nature and was made publicly available by the parties who posted it. We do not collect non-public personal information through this aggregation process, and we do not attempt to access information behind logins, paywalls, or other access controls.

2. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process information you provide to us in order to respond to your requests and deliver services you have asked for. We process automatically collected technical data, and publicly available job-market information, on the basis of our legitimate interests: operating, securing, and improving the Services, and providing accurate, transparent labor-market information to the healthcare workforce. The aggregation and analysis of publicly posted employment information is a lawful, well-established practice, and we have designed the Services so that this processing is limited to information the posting parties chose to make public and is balanced against the interests of the individuals and businesses concerned, including through the removal process described in Section 8.

3. Social Media Applications (GVM Social Publisher)

GVM operates internal software, including the "GVM Social Publisher" application, used solely to publish and manage content on social media pages and accounts that GVM itself owns and administers. These tools do not collect, store, or process personal data of other platform members, do not access third-party member profiles, and do not sell or share any platform data. Authentication tokens are stored securely and are used only to operate our own accounts.

4. How We Use Information

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Publicly sourced job-market information described in Section 1(c) is, by its nature, published within the Services as part of our aggregation and analytics function.

6. Data Retention

We retain information you provide for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes. Publicly sourced listing data is retained as part of our historical market dataset; listings are marked or removed as they expire at their sources or upon a granted removal request under Section 8.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, to request deletion, and to appeal a decision on your request. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@gvmenterprises.com with a description of your request. We will verify your identity as appropriate to the request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

8. Removal Requests for Publicly Sourced Information

If you are an individual or a business and believe information about you that we obtained from a public source is inaccurate, outdated, or should not appear in the Services, you may request correction or removal by emailing contact@gvmenterprises.com with enough detail for us to locate the information at issue. We review such requests in good faith and will correct or remove information from the Services where appropriate. Please note that we cannot remove or alter information at its original public source; requests concerning the original posting must be directed to the party that published it.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Services use only minimal cookies and similar technologies as needed for core functionality and aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party advertising profiles. Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies through their settings.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for working professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16; if we learn that we have done so, we will delete it.

11. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards that are reasonable and appropriate to the nature and scale of the data we handle, including secure credential storage and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Policy on this page. Material changes will be highlighted where practical. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
